Digital Products — No Refunds

All products sold on BmeByou.com are immediate digital downloads. Because digital files are delivered instantly upon purchase and cannot be returned, all sales are final and non-refundable.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product and agree that no refund will be issued once the file has been delivered or made available for download.

Exceptions We Do Honor

We want you to love your purchase. We will issue a refund or replacement at our discretion in the following situations:

• The file is corrupted or cannot be downloaded after multiple attempts.
• You were charged twice for the same order (duplicate charge).
• You did not receive your download link within 24 hours of purchase.

To request an exception, contact us within 7 days of purchase at store@bmebyou.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
